She smiles at you,
tells you everything is alright,
but you really don't know,
that she's losing the fight

There are times at night,
when she starts to break down,
her sobs come without at sound,
the sorrow cuts like a knife,
as she thinks about her life

All the things that went wrong,
all the friends who are gone,
the past that ashames her,
all the people that blame her

Empty eyes like blue skies,
hold all her secrets inside,
her clothing disguises,
the self hate that raises,
in her room where it's quiet,
alone, she can't fight it,
afraid she can't hide it

the saddness is killing her,
the madness is fueling her,
hate for her self,
she's trapped in this hell

it's too late to let go,
so she puts on a show,
her smile decieving,
to hide all her greiving
